Cancellation of stock listing Bay Area Gold Group Limited – in Compulsory Liquidation

The Exchange announces that the listing of Bay Area Gold Group Limited will be cancelled on March 14 2024 9:00am under rule. The company failed to fulfill the resumption guidance set by the exchange and resume trading in its shares by September 2023. On October 2023, the listing committee decided to cancel the listing of the company shares. On November the company sought a review of the listing committee decision by listing review committee, and upholding the decision to cancel the company listing with effect from today.
