Announcement – In relation to the matter of Shanghai Dongzheng Automotive Finance Co., Ltd (a joint stock company incorporated in the People’s Republic of China with limited liability) (Stock Code: 2718) Cancellation of listing

Shanghai Dongzheng Automotive Finance Co., Ltd (Stock Code: 2718), a joint stock company incorporated in the People’s Republic of China with limited liability, will have its listing cancelled on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. The cancellation will take effect from 9:00 am on 29 April 2024, in accordance with Rule 6.01A(1). Trading in the Company’s shares has been suspended since 7 October 2022, and as per Rule 6.01A(1), the Exchange may delist a company if trading does not resume by 6 April 2024. Despite the guidance provided by the Exchange, the Company failed to resume trading in its shares by the specified date. Consequently, on 12 April 2024, the Listing Committee made the decision to cancel the listing of the Company’s shares on the Exchange under Rule 6.01A(1). Shareholders of Shanghai Dongzheng Automotive Finance Co., Ltd are advised by the Exchange to seek appropriate professional advice if they have any queries regarding the implications of the delisting.
