The Securities and Futures Commission has approved amendments to the Rules of the Exchange to facilitate the implementation of market data dissemination adjustments for Southbound and Northbound trading under Stock Connect in its second phase. These amendments will come into effect on Monday, 19 August 2024. Holders of Stock Exchange Trading Rights and Exchange Participants are advised to review the changes, which are available for download in a marked-up version from the “Rule Update – Rules of the Exchange” section of the HKEX website.
