Pursuant to Rule 910A of the Rules of the Exchange, claims for compensation against the Fidelity Fund and Guarantee Scheme are invited due to the cessation of trading of Goldenway Securities Company Limited and Public Securities Limited effective 31 July 2024.
Exchange Participants must lodge valid claims with the Compensation Committee by 5:00 pm on Tuesday, 13 August 2024. Losses not arising from a default in the business of dealing in Exchange-listed securities, securities borrowing and lending transactions, defaults in transactions settled under the CNS System, or related to Exchange Traded Options Business will not be compensated.
Exchange Participants should complete the claim form (Attachment 1) and provide all supporting documents. Late claims will not be accepted as per Rule 910A.
