The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) has released a revised financial return form for licensed corporations, effective from 1 November 2024. This update, driven by the Securities and Futures (Financial Resources) (Amendment) Rules 2023, pertains to the Type 13 regulated activity regime. The new electronic form, which replaces the previous version gazetted on 25 May 2023, must be used for submissions covering any period ending on or after 24 October 2024.
