Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) has appointed Lubna Olayan and Marty Flanagan to its International Advisory Council, effective September 1, 2024. Lubna Olayan is Chair of the Executive Committee of Olayan Financing Company and Saudi Awwal Bank, and has extensive experience in finance and governance. Marty Flanagan, Chairman Emeritus of Invesco Ltd., brings significant expertise from his previous roles as Director, President, and CEO of Invesco. The Council, established in 2019 and chaired by Laura M Cha, now includes 10 members with diverse backgrounds in economics, business, and finance.
