Revised Banking Returns – Capital Adequacy Ratio (Form MA(BS)3) (“CARReturn”), Leverage Ratio (Form MA(BS)27) (“LR Return”), LiquidityPosition (Form MA(BS)1E) (“Liquidity Position Return”) and StableFunding Position (Form MA(BS)26) (“Stable Funding Position Return”)

The revisions to the CAR Return, LR Return, and their Completion Instructions (CIs) have been finalized. These updates are designed to align with the Banking (Capital) (Amendment) Rules 2023 (BCAR) effective January 1, 2025. Additionally, minor amendments have been made to the Stable Funding Position Return and its CIs, as well as the CIs for the Liquidity Position Return. The updated STET software will be available for download in early January 2025, and reporting institutions should use the revised CIs for submissions starting March 31, 2025, for the CAR, LR, and Stable Funding Position Returns, and January 31, 2025, for the Liquidity Position Return.
