The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited announced the cancellation of Jiayuan International Group Limited’s share listing, effective 9:00 am on 29 October 2024, under Rule 6.01A(1). The company’s shares have been suspended since 3 April 2023, and it failed to meet the resumption guidance by 2 October 2024. Following a decision by the Listing Committee on 14 October 2024, the Exchange has instructed the company to inform shareholders about the delisting, advising them to seek professional advice regarding its implications.
