HKEX Appoints Group Chief Sustainability Officer and Group Chief Communications Officer

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) has announced the appointments of Paul Chow as Group Chief Sustainability Officer and Jeffrey Ng as Group Chief Communications Officer, effective January 1, 2025. Chow will oversee sustainability strategies, ESG integration, and HKEX’s Core Climate carbon marketplace while continuing as Group General Counsel. Ng, who has served as Interim Group Chief Communications Officer since January 2024, will lead global communication efforts, stakeholder engagement, and brand management. CEO Bonnie Y Chan highlighted their leadership, experience, and contributions to HKEX’s sustainability and communication goals. Both bring extensive expertise from distinguished legal and media careers.
