The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited announced that trading in the shares of China Tianrui Group Cement Company Limited will resume at 1:00 pm on 9 December 2024. The trading suspension was due to the delayed publication of the company’s interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2024. After the company released its interim results on 29 November 2024, the Listing Review Committee reviewed the case on 6 December 2024 and directed the trading resumption, resolving the issue that caused the suspension.
