Thirty-one representatives from local, Mainland, and international law enforcement agencies and professional bodies completed the ICAC’s three-week Leadership and Executive Development (LED) Programme, organized by the Hong Kong International Academy Against Corruption (HKIAAC). Themed “Press ahead, lead the future,” the programme aimed to strengthen leadership and anti-corruption capabilities through expert-led sessions, including contributions from senior government officials, academics, and industry leaders. Highlights included a five-day study tour to Henan Province’s anti-corruption bodies and a platform for global collaboration. Participants from various countries, including Hungary, Australia, and Singapore, praised the programme’s practical insights and international networking opportunities. The LED Programme, formerly the Chief Investigator Command Course, has trained over 800 professionals since the late 1970s.
