Insurance Authority welcomes appointments and reappointments of Non-Executive Directors

The Insurance Authority (IA) has announced the reappointment of Mr. Stephen Yiu as Chairman for another three-year term, alongside the appointment of new Non-Executive Directors (NEDs) Professor Darwin Choi, Mr. Andrew Fung, and Dr. Fung Hong for three-year terms. Additionally, several current NEDs, including Ms. Ivy Cheung and Mr. Lam Wai-kong, have been reappointed for another three years, while Dr. Clement Chen, Ms. Agnes Choi, and Ms. Theresa Ng will serve for two more years. Mr. Yiu expressed appreciation for the contributions of outgoing NEDs Dr. Evelyn Lam, Dr. Ares Leung, and Professor Anna Wong, acknowledging their role in shaping the IA’s strategic goals.
