Announcement – In relation to the matter of SRE Group Limited (Incorporated in Bermuda with limited liability) (Stock Code: 1207) Cancellation of listing

The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited has announced that the listing of SRE Group Limited’s shares will be cancelled effective from 9:00 AM on February 20, 2025, under Rule 6.01A(1). Trading in the company’s shares has been suspended since April 3, 2023. The Exchange retains the right to delist if trading does not resume by October 2, 2024, which the company failed to do. Following a series of decisions, including a review by the Listing Review Committee and a dismissal of a judicial review application by the High Court, the cancellation is proceeding.
