The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) has initiated the OTC Derivatives Activities Survey 2025 to gather information on dealing and clearing activities related to OTC derivative products in Hong Kong. Licensed corporations and their affiliated entities involved in Type 1, 2, or 3 regulated activities, as well as those expected to engage in new Type 7, Type 11, or Type 12 activities under the Securities and Futures (Amendment) Ordinance 2014, are invited to participate. Responses from entities within the same corporate group should be submitted together. The survey must be completed and submitted by March 11, 2025, via email, and all collected information will be kept confidential.
