HKEX New Articles of Association Approved

On May 19, 2025, Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) announced that its new Articles of Association have been approved by the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) and are now in effect. This follows prior announcements regarding the adoption of the New Articles, which were discussed at the annual general meeting on April 30, 2025. The New Articles are available on both the HKEXnews and HKEX Group websites. As of this announcement, HKEX’s Board consists of 12 Independent Non-executive Directors and one Executive Director, Bonnie Chan, who serves as the Chief Executive.
