Printing company trio charged by ICAC for concealing conflicting interest in $6.6m delivery services fraud

On June 4, 2025, the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) charged three individuals, including two former employees of Bannershop Hong Kong Limited and one of their spouses, with fraud related to a delivery services scheme that defrauded the company of approximately $6.6 million. The defendants allegedly concealed a conflict of interest by engaging a relative for delivery services without disclosing the familial relationship, which allowed them to siphon off about $1.2 million for personal gain. The case emerged from a corruption complaint and is set for mention in court.
