The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) has issued a restriction notice to GA (Int’l) Capital Management Limited (GCML) due to concerns about its integrity and competence in carrying out regulated activities. The notice prohibits GCML from engaging in any regulated business or dealing with relevant property without prior consent from the SFC. Additionally, the SFC conducted a search operation at the premises of GCML’s responsible officer as part of an ongoing investigation.
