The second Climate Business Forum: Asia Pacific 2025, co-hosted by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) and the International Finance Corporation (IFC), will take place on September 9, 2025, in Hong Kong. The Forum aims to support the region’s transition to low-carbon, resilient, and inclusive economic growth, attracting over 250 leaders from business and finance. With BloombergNEF as the Knowledge Partner, the event will focus on scaling private investment, exploring innovation, and addressing climate challenges ahead of COP30 in Brazil. Key themes include the energy transition, decarbonization of heavy industry, sustainable supply chains, and financing biodiversity. The Forum will feature keynote speeches, high-level panels, and initiatives like IFC’s She Wins Climate, supporting women-led climate solutions. This event builds on the success of its inaugural edition in 2024, emphasizing Hong Kong’s commitment to sustainability and collaboration in addressing climate issues.
