The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) and the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) recently held their 16th regular high-level meeting on enforcement cooperation. The focal point of the meeting in Kunming, Yunnan Province, was initiatives to strengthen collaboration.
