Extension of e-Filing Services toDocuments Delivered under Various Ordinances

The Companies Registry External Circular No. 1 / 2025 announces the extension of e-Filing services for documents submitted to the Registrar of Companies under various ordinances, effective January 3, 2025. The e-Filing services, available through the e-Services Portal, now cover documents related to the Companies Ordinance, Trustee Ordinance, Limited Partnerships Ordinance, and others. This expansion aims to provide users with a more convenient, integrated one-stop platform for electronic document delivery.
