Mr. Luke cheng

Managing Principal

Luke has over 20 years of working experience in the financial service sector, focusing in compliance for stock and derivatives, corporate finance, commodity, and wealth management. He started his career working at the Listing Division and Derivatives Product Development Division of HKEx. He progressively moved on to senior management in compliance departments of various banks and securities firms, including Prudential-Bache, HSBC, UBS, Natixis, and Standard Chartered Bank.

With his extensive experience in compliance, he is dedicated to provide comprehensive advice for clients and to promote the importance of compliance in the financial sector.

Nigel Finch

Senior Advisor

Nigel Finch is director at Saki Partners, an Australian transaction advisory firm, which provides high quality assistance – counselling & strategy execution – to high-tiered directors and senior executive. Nigel manages their financial performance during rapid change and builds their capabilities to achieve significant balance sheet growth.

In addition to driving a multitude of high-level change initiatives including entrepreneurial leadership, international market expansion, and financial consultancy, Nigel is extremely passionate about transformative commercial strategies, and skilled at decoding financial footprints and operational frameworks. Thriving not only in Australia but also Asia, his key experiences, skills and strengths drive positive business results.

Dr. Shirley Yeung

Senior Advisor

Dr. Shirley Yeung is an educator on issues around leadership and innovation, and an advocate for sustainability in business. She is an award-winning university academic, whose work has been recognised by the Hang Seng Management College, now a private university. She has a formal education in supply chain management, auditing and quality management – topics on which she has a considerable list of academic publications. Dr Yeung is a working group member of UNPRME Anti Poverty,  Human Rights and Asia Region Ambassador, Sustainability Mindset. And, a member of United Nations UNESCAP, Banking and Finance.
 
In 2017, Shirley was appointed an Associate Vice-President of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation’s Hong Kong Association, a charitable body promoting sustainable development and international exchanges. In that role she has been fully engaged in fostering a discussion around corporate social responsibility, sustainability and management at a global level. She is also involved in grassroots organisations and enjoys yoga.
