Announcement – In Relation to the Matter of Wah Ha Realty Company Limited (Incorporated in Hong Kong with Limited Liability) (Stock Code: 278)

The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited has announced that the listing of Wah Ha Realty Company Limited’s shares will be cancelled under Rule 6.01A(1), effective from 9:00 am on April 11, 2024. Trading in the company’s shares had been suspended since September 15, 2022, and as the company failed to fulfill the resumption guidance and resume trading by March 14, 2024, the Listing Committee decided to cancel the listing on March 22, 2024.
