The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) has welcomed Mr. Keith Pogson as a new Non-Executive Director and re-appointed Mr. Chew Fook-aun for a two-year term. SFC Chairman Tim Lui emphasized Pogson’s expertise in accounting and financial services as valuable assets for the board, while also expressing appreciation for Fook-aun’s continued contributions to regulatory work and corporate governance. Dr. Kelvin Wong, the incoming Chairman, looks forward to collaborating with both directors to enhance Hong Kong’s status as a leading international financial center. The SFC also thanked outgoing director Ms. Agnes Chan for her significant contributions during her six-year tenure.
