ICAC Commissioner and delegation in Kazakhstan to attend Central Asia anti-corruption conference

An ICAC delegation, led by Commissioner Woo Ying-ming, arrived in Kazakhstan on October 29 to participate in an anti-corruption conference aimed at enhancing regional cooperation against corruption in Central Asia. Woo will speak at the First Annual Conference of the Regional Platform for Fast-Tracking the Implementation of the UN Convention against Corruption (UNCAC) on October 30, which is organized by the UNODC. The visit includes a joint anti-corruption training program with the UNODC and Kazakhstan’s Anti-Corruption Agency, involving various ICAC officers. The delegation is set to return to Hong Kong on November 2.
