Adjustment of China Tower Structured Products, Futures and Options

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) announced adjustments to structured products, futures, and options for China Tower Corporation Limited (China Tower) to reflect its share consolidation and capital reduction, effective February 20, 2025. The corporate action consolidates every ten existing shares into one consolidated and reduced share. Structured product issuers will announce adjustments on February 19, 2025, detailing changes to entitlement and exercise prices. For futures and options, contract sizes will be adjusted without affecting the number of open positions or other terms. Investors should consult brokers and review HKEX circulars for details.
