HKEX ANNOUNCES SENIOR APPOINTMENTS

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) has appointed Gregory Yu as Managing Director, Head of Markets, and Kevin Rumjahn as Managing Director, Head of Strategic Projects. Mr. Yu, joining in March 2025 after 18 years at JP Morgan, will enhance HKEX’s equities, derivatives, and fixed-income franchises, reporting to CEO Bonnie Y Chan. Mr. Rumjahn, starting on 13 January 2025, brings over 25 years of corporate finance experience, previously leading roles at Nomura and Credit Suisse, and will oversee key strategic projects, reporting to COO and CFO Vanessa Lau.
