The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited announced the cancellation of the listing for Amrita Global Development Limited (formerly Tianyun International Holdings Limited), effective from 9:00 am on January 9, 2025, under Rule 6.01(4). This decision follows the Listing Committee’s determination on November 3, 2024, that the company is no longer suitable for listing, which was upheld by the Listing Review Committee on December 24, 2024.
