The AFRC has sanctioned Ting Ho Kwan & Chan (THKC), Mr. Chan Shu Kin, Ms. Chan Kwan Ying, and Mr. Wong Kam Chuen for significant audit deficiencies related to REXLot Holdings Limited’s audits for 2013 and 2014. The team, led by Mr. Chan, failed to apply proper professional scepticism, resulting in unmodified audit opinions without adequate evidence. Ms. Chan and Mr. Wong, as quality control reviewers, also failed to address these issues. Consequently, the AFRC has issued reprimands and imposed fines totaling HK$1,755,000.
