The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited announced that the listing of Datang Group Holdings Limited will be cancelled effective 9:00 am on 29 October 2024, due to the company’s failure to resume trading by the 20 September 2024 deadline set by the Exchange. Trading in the company’s shares has been suspended since 21 March 2023. The Listing Committee made this decision on 14 October 2024, and the Exchange has advised shareholders to seek professional advice regarding the implications of the delisting.
