Announcement – In relation to the matter of NOVA Group Holdings Limited (incorporated in the Cayman Islands with limited liability) (Stock Code: 1360) Cancellation of listing

On August 5, 2025, the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited announced the cancellation of the listing for NOVA Group Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 1360), effective from 9:00 AM on August 7, 2025. The shares of NOVA Group have been suspended from trading since October 3, 2023. Under Rule 6.01A(1), the Exchange can delist a company if trading does not resume by a specified deadline, which for NOVA was April 2, 2025. The company failed to meet the resumption guidance set by the Exchange, leading the Listing Committee to decide on the cancellation on April 11, 2025. Although NOVA sought a review, the Listing Review Committee upheld the decision on July 25, 2025. Shareholders are advised to seek professional advice regarding the implications of this delisting.
